Interest on Awards

Simple interest on an award from the date of the award to the date of payment at the legal rate of 10% per annum (LC 5800; Civ. Code 3289). For PD awards, interest on each installment runs from the date that installment was due — enter the installment as the amount and its due date as the award date.
