Commute Life Pension or 100% Award

Lifetime benefits (life pension under LC 4659(a), or permanent total disability at the TD rate under LC 4659(b)) commuted with Tables 2 (male) and 3 (female): all remaining benefit, whether already commenced (Example D) or deferred until PD ends (Example E), or a partial commutation by uniform reduction of the weekly rate (Example F). Exact age and deferral are interpolated as the instructions direct.

Tables 2 and 3 are the DWC's 3% lifetime annuity tables based on the U.S. Decennial Life Tables 1989–91 (ages 15–95, deferral 0–14 years). SAWW cost-of-living increases (LC 4659(c)) are not part of the statutory commutation tables.
