TTD rate and amount for a disability period: two-thirds of AWE within the minimum/maximum for the date of injury (LC 4453, 4653), the three-day waiting period (LC 4652), the 104-week / 240-week duration cap (LC 4656), and the two-year rate bump (LC 4661.5).
