Rates a psychiatric disability on its own and prices the PD award. The schedule follows the date of injury: 1997 schedule (DOI 4/1/1997 – 12/31/2004) — disability 1.4 from the work-function table (p. 2-3); 2005 schedule / SB 863 (DOI 2005+) — impairment 14.01.00.00 from the GAF score (GAF → WPI, p. 1-16), with the LC 4660.1(c) limit on psychiatric increases for injuries on or after 1/1/2013.
