Commute Permanent Disability

Commutation of PD under LC 5100–5101 using Table 1 (present value of a fixed weekly stream at 3%), following the DWC Commutation Instructions: commute all remaining PD (Example A), a lump sum off the far end (Example B), or a lump sum by uniform reduction of remaining payments (Example C). Interest at 10% accrues from the date of commutation to actual payment.
