Money for a final PD percentage: weeks under LC 4658 (applied across the tiers), weekly rate of two-thirds AWE within the minimum/maximum for the date of injury and PD range (LC 4453(b)), the 15% return-to-work adjustment for 2005–2012 injuries, and the life pension at 70% or more (LC 4659).
